You do need to moisten the rim to get a good seal. Would be nice if they would screw all the way to the top. Sometime we would like just a bit more suction. These do suck, given theyre wet enough/turned correct, however i found them to be far too small around. And the twist to suck was annoying to operate. Pros: Strong suction if you twist it enough. Cons: Didn't sensitize, if you didn't put it in a certain place it wouldn't suction and would immediately fall off. To get them to actually stick and stay on you need to twist basically all the way. Wouldn't recommend.

Main thing I noticed was that these fall apart pretty easily. I have my nipples pierced and these are not big enough to work around the piercing, which was already disappointing because that was the main reason I bought these. Initially, they worked great. After the first use, I noticed there was a crack in the plunger disc between the screw and the o-rings on one of them. By the 3rd use of each one, they stopped holding suction and all of them have pieces missing from the plunger section. Even on sale, they weren't worth the cost.

Pros: Can adjust sunction pressure. Cons: Overpriced. Sunction doesn't stay, have to reapply frequently. Really big, gets in the way, something smaller would be prefered. The slightest bump and you lose sunction due to the weight. Difficult to clean. Made with cheap plastic and rubber. Sunction screw comes lose a lot which requires dissmantling and reassembly.

The seal of the plungers against the tubes must be flawed because had trouble getting any of the three to actually pull against either of my nipples and anytime I did get them to work they fell off quickly due to their weight and top heavy center of mass/gravity when they weren't twisted to painful levels.
