They make a great seal with a little lotion, can pull to pain if need be. The best part is spanking my wife if they fall off.
I certainly enjoy putting the pump back on but it interrupts other more serious activities like eating her pussy.

This pumps looked promising, but as soon as we tried them one of the "O" rings inside one of the pumps got jammed between the cylinder and the plunger...No more suction or movement of the knob on top...all within 5 minutes of opening the package!! We are returning them for a refund.

Also, they are kind of large (the suction mouth) and do not just erect the nipple. It also pumps up the surrounding areola. The surrounding areola that was "pumped up" is a bit red the next day....but not painful....will see how it is tomorrow.......

o-rings too thin, replaced with 1/8" thick o-rings from local hardware and pump had great suction (none before). wife loves these things. easy fix.

This item works as it is intended,however I was under the impression this was used to erect the nipples and slide off while leaving an erection ring to keep the gals at attention. If you want to completely eliminate the nipples from foreplay then this is for you. Seems more like a domination toy than for foreplay
As for increasing sensitivity, it was a miss as well,will have to stick with clamps for my jollies

I was super excited about this product, but the excitement fizzled after trying these suckers (hehe!). There is little to no stimulation to the nipples until the pump is removed, and then they just hurt a little. I found that using my fetish nip suckers with erection rings first, then using this is a little better. The nipple stimulation is a total miss, but I must say this makes an EXCELLENT clit pump!!

These are ok. Something they dont thell you but its on the package, is that it for "BIG sensitive nipples" and by big i mean the bottom of the plunger is about the size of two quarters next to each other. I like the product but would like it more if it was maybe quarter sized or smaller. Otherwise, good suction and hold. fun for one or more!

I was really excited about getting this in and then was sadly disappointed. I love nipple play and this was not the toy for me. Yes the suction was good but you must have vey large nipples ir half of your tit will be sucked into the chamber and becomes painful. Would be better if only your nipple would fit in it. I tried the smaller bulb pumps and they hurt because they only got the nipple. This set is wonderful. Large enough for my large breasts and areolas.
