okay if your average, i guess

i wouldn't rate this as the "ultimate" if you size is above average (which i never thought i was) this thing is too small. and there is no hole @ the end to let the air out as you go in. i don't think that i will be getting a lot of use from it.

the first time i used it i had a GREAT orgasm. then, thinking about what some of the other reviews had mentioned, that the end should be cut off, i cut the end off and haven't had the same sensation since. my wife likes it, though, and we'll continue using it.

Too much work to get it right.

This sleeve felt real good when I finally lubed up enough to enter it. Do not purchase this product if you think you can lightly lube up and slide into it. Unless you are smaller than the average guy, you will have to be hard as a rock before you can enter it. I literally had to force myself into it. Also, as a hint, if you are right handed, use your left hand to lube up and don't touch the sleeve with your lubed hand. The reason why is that the sleeve will be too slick to hold and use. I guess this is good advise for all these type products.

not the best to clean & becomes sticky over time

I bought this gadget about a year ago. it works ok - but for a guy with only a size 10 foot, its rather large. have to turn it inside out to clean - rather blow a load through an opening rather than have it caught inside - LUBE IS REQUIRED.

Material begins ripping almost right away

It worked the short time it lasted, but so does a sock. Material starting ripping only after a few uses, despite rinsing off and drying after every use. For me it was too tight, I know doesn't sound possible for the real thing. I'm not huge by any means, only average 6"
