It's hard to get a good stroke especially if your hand is lubed. I have to use a cloth to get a grip on it. Once you get it going it is OK.

I expected more from this with the nubs on it. I didnt do much for me solo and just a bit better with my wife. i guess you pay for what you get. i wouldnt recommend this for first time buyers. Look for others products.

I purchased this and the Ultimate Jack-Off Sleeve at the same time. This item is much better than the "ultimate" handy helper! I would recommend this as an inexpensive change, but don't expect it to feel like the real thing.
TIP: It does help to run it under HOT water for a minute before using. Heating it up greatly increases it's lifelike feel!
