Pretty handy toy for when the real thing isn't available. The lube that comes with it is a little sticky. Not a bad purchase, it will do the job thats for sure.

If you want to use this toy to jerk out, it is better than your own hands. There is a problem. The inner of the tube here is smooth. I think if there are some pellets like in the tube, it will feels better.

I tried the Stamina Training Unit (STU) and Wonder Wave (WW). Both feel wonderful, but the STU is out of this world. Unfortunately both inserts tore in the corners of the opening after the first use and the tears continued to grow with each subsequent use. Then after 5 or 6 hours of use, the inserts developed a gaping hole in the side and became useless even though they had been handled with great care according to the instructions. They are probably OK for guys who only last a few minutes in them, but they are not built to last for more mature guys who like to enjoy one or two hour sessions. They each only lasted me a week.
Good size, this insert is a little bland, though

Like the lips and the length -- as others have noted you can easily insert even a fairly well endowed member all the way without feeling like you're at risk of breakage. However the insert that comes with this (there are others available) is way too smooth and rather bland. Would be better with a nubby insert.
