Too bad A-E doesn't offer the full line of these products. They are really outstanding and come in a variety of options like entry shape and various inner textures... I tried the Stamina Training Unit (STU) and Wonder Wave (WW). Both feel wonderful, but the STU is out of this world. Unfortunately both inserts tore in the corners of the opening after the first use and the tears continued to grow with each subsequent use. HAHAHA, kind of a stupid title... and a little sexist, sorry. I'm not at all sexist in any way.
The Fleshlight... famous and infamous, and rightly so. It is of sufficient size to fit a man 10 inches long, and it feels very much good on you. It's definitely some high-quality product and a single case can be used with different sleeves, ranging from multiple textured inserts, and different shaped entry holes.
The bad now... as great as the Fleshlight is, it's very demanding on its upkeep. The material, super secret patented material that it is to the Fleshlight people, is apparently as a result a lot more delicate. You can use it in water, yes, but you have to DRY it afterwards (either by airing it out or blow drying... yes, BLOW DRYING) or else the water makes black spots or something on the material. Never happened to me, but that's what the site says. You also ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GET SOAP ON IT. Soap damages the material.
Also, lubrication. The sleeve is almost completely useless without some actual lubrication, and saliva will only go so far. You're more likely to break the sleeve, or cut yourself on the case if you use it without lubrication. And on top of that, only WATER-SOLUABLE lubrication can be used.
The fleshlight site has a lot of information regarding keeping it clean and safe, but it's a lot easier than it sounds. You should just remember to not use a condom with it, only use water-based lubricants, and to always dry it out afterwards.
All this makes the Fleshlight a great sex toy, but not a very mobile one---it's not something you could whip out on a bored day, use, and put away, or even rinse and put away; you need to care for it very intently, wash inside the sleeve (WITHOUT SOAP! SOAP DAMAGES MATERIAL) and either blow dry it thoroughly or air it out for a long time.
As for use... use is good, but at the very end, you can unscrew the bottom piece to adjust the pressure. And it's one of those screws where you cannot tighten it up completely, as it will just pop back up loosely. Highly annoying when you're trying to tighten it up as hard as you can, and it pops up on you.

I can see why this product is always on back-order....well worth the wait! The length is great, I love not worrying about hitting the end or having it come out the other end. Keeps the feeling on the edge. The adjustable suction cap on the end could be a bit better, and it is a bit noisy when you're getting into your rhythm, but it feels great!!!! Like the lips and the length -- as others have noted you can easily insert even a fairly well endowed member all the way without feeling like you're at risk of breakage. When I first ordered this product it was out of stock, I was offered a replacement, but I am glad I waited.

I will say i am in the military, and this item is convienient and subtle since you can put the cover back on and it blends in. but its a lil hard to discreetly clean up..good thing you don't have to do that everytime but every two days...if used daily. use a water based lube..i used lotion at first...but the lube feels better and make sure you get cornstarch to ensure it feels like real skin.

Like other reviewers, we found this to be an extremely life-like and fun toy. Warming it up per the instructions and using copious amounts of lube provides an unbelievable experience. Were we to do it again we might have chosen a different interior texture. We went with the original smooth canal and it is SO smooth that, except for the friction, it is sometimes hard to feel much beyond the opening. I think we may have to get an additional insert with ribbed walls to provide some more sensation. I did not think you could get the kind of feel from this toy that it produces. Prep is important to the quality of the encounter, as is true with anything worthwhile. This product is well constructed, VERY REALISTIC, and easy to clean up. Use just enough water based lube (only) but overly applying may result in a little more noise when attempting strokes with the end cap tight to attain more of a suction effect. I could not believe this thing it felt so real you can put it between the mattress and the boxsprings on your bed and hit it doggie-style. hold it with your hand, stick it in between the cushions in the couch. Leave the cap on and it provides a little suction or talk it off for a more natural no suction feel. You have got to try this. Aside from the device being on backorder seemingly forever. I was quite pleased upon my first use of the product. I combined the FleshLight with an interactive device (sold separately of course) that connects to my computer and allows you to interact with a 3D computer simulated person. I wish that A&E would sell some of the more shall we say "advanced" sleeves. the original "Pink Lady" which is what comes with the FleshLight Product is sort of like Original Flavor Bubble Gum. This thing is way to large for the average guy size as you don't feel anything inside it. The texture is pretty soft and flesh like unlike other silicone base toys. But unless your pretty huge like 8 inch or above, it won't do anything for you, just holding the darn hard plastic flashlight case is hard enough unless you have a huge hand like an XL glove size.
