No the straps that attach to the door are not ajustable... but they work good. My wife is short so she would like them longer. the velcro wrist straps are soft and easy to release. It would be much better if they came in a set of four. but i can say that its worth the money.

This works great as a positional product (i.e. having sex standing against a wall) as your man doesn't have to support your entire body weight. As a bondage item, it has a flaw. Eventually, your arms go numb from being held above your head! If you are planning on prolonged play, I'd go with another item.

These worked as designed although getting them to work under the door was a little more troublesome. If your wife is short they might not be long enough, my wife at 5'3" had her arms almost straight up.
