when you use it consistantly, it really helps you strengthen those muscles, plus after using it, you gain muscle control!!! My only problem, if you wanna call it a problem, is I can't get through the reccomended time usage because contracting my muscles down there causes me to get uncontollably aroused! I always have to stop half way through my "workout" to masturbate. It's fantastic!

....well not quite, but pretty close. This thing weighs a ton, but it gets the job done. I never imagined I could have this much control over my vagina. Adam & Eve, my husband's so happy, he says he'll be your customer for life!
