We have had good luck with traditional vibrators and rabbit style. My wife also comes with good old fashion in & out. It was very hard to get the vibration part on her clit. Our first thought upon receiving this was...How will we keep from laughing when I put the thing on. The "flickering" parts were way too long. My wife decided to alter it a bit. First she cut off the long appendages, then bored a hole so that the egg faced forward instead of sideways. Now she loves the thing.
