Not the easiest to put on and the support bars move around on the inside and makes the ring uncomfortable. Luckily I purchased the pearl beaded ring at the same time and have been very pleased with that one.

A little lube makes putting it on easy.
I found it to be a fine combination of compression and support.

I purchased this item to help me stay hard longer. It does this. It is very stretchy. The size does not match the advertising. The hole measures 1-1/8".
