my gf and i removed the item from the box and installed batteries and niether vibe worked. we went and bought new batteries and still nothing. we are starting to get disapointed with some of the adam and eve products like this one.

This all around is a pretty good buy, the only complaints I have with it are is the fact that you are unable to control the speed of the bullets. It is all or nothing with this puppy.
On a side note they give you extra batteries which we needed because after installation of the original batteries one of the bullets barely worked.
