work pretty well not great but far from bad it flexible enough to stretch and fit even around whole package and balls yet pretty firm to hold fairly tight had it for over 1yr still pretty firm n tight only wish it was little tighter and thinner and came in clear on skin tone colors

These are nice and flexible. I put one on my willy and another around the whole package for more constriction. They are easy to get on /off when done but I am not sure how long they will hold up through.
