The rings were SOOOO rigid-they did not work for me. A ring with some elasticity works better for me.

My hesitation in ordering was that they would be uncomfortable. Neither of us have found that to be a problem. Are they effective? At this point I would say that they need more testing. The response has not been as good as we hoped.
There are supposed to be three different sizes of rings. We received 3 rings but 2 of them were the same size. We have used the smaller ring but the other ring(s) are too large.

there weren't too many option for rings so I went with these but the material isn't that great. It's kind of a rougher type of rubber. The 3 sizes are a nice deal though

These can be a big help if you've partied a little too much. Don't leave them on for extended periods of time!
