They are great! Walking around feeling great.
I love them! They are very pretty and easy to insert and take out. To take out, just push it out with your vaginal muscles like as if you are taking a poop and you can easily grab them. I get to walk around running errands and such and get to feel extra stimulated thanks to these guys. Easy to clean too, just warm water and soap. Come on ladies! Workout those kegel muscles:)

a few pointers
The ben wa balls are good toning the muscles. It will help prevent the need for Depends when we are all little old ladies. I got them after having my first child. I felt at 21 I was too young to be wearing diapers myself so I had to find a way to strengthen the walls up. I have always used the weighted metal balls. If you find that they are hard to get out I would suggest placing them in a condom tie it off and then insert.. it will also keep them clean. After use just remove from the condom,wipe down and place back in their box

Too Big!
Me and my bfriend got them for Christmas. We used them for sex and it was really great for the first time. They are pretty. Although, they are too BIG! I dont see how you are supposed to try to keep them in. They just wouldnt come down at all. And, yes. Taking them out is a chore!

Just OK
After 3 kids, the last one 9 lbs 6 oz (8mths old now) I figured I would try these for use with kegels. I read the review and thought they would be good for what I wanted and they are just OK. I was worried they would come out and I would need to practice to keep them in. This was not the case and I had no problem getting them out either. It was first time using Ben Wa Balls so this was honestly a little disappointing but good I suppose. lol I think I will get the weighted ones, or at least a smaller pair next time. They are fun during foreplay and by my self with a clit vibrator though. :)

amazing
I bought these as a surprise for my girlfriend because she wanted to try them out after reading about the ben wa balls in 50 shades of grey. They are very small but they do their job. They are amazing for kegal exercises. She uses them for about 15 minutes a day and I can definitely feel the results.

Good!
Can't feel them without a vibrator but after a week I could tell I was tighter. Husband's gone for a little bit... Maybe when he gets back he will notice, too! A little difficult to get them out at first but I think they will be well worth it in the end!

Not for me
I bought these with the intentions of wearing them around the house and during normal everyday stuff. After I put them in for a while and nothing felt different I went to take them out and therein lies the problem. They are pretty small (maybe the size of a large marble) and so they were difficult to grab and remove. It may be that I had no experience with ben wa balls before, but I would recommend one with a string attached!

Tighten up!
These balls are small, BUT HELLO!!! THEY ARE MADE TO MAKE YOU TIGHTER!!!! and they will do just that, its like toning any muscle just easier because your muscles will automaticlly flex and no after workout pain:P

they are a tad bit small but they are still pretty nice. the glass i think is a good way to go cause when you first use them you get the rush of cold which is awesome plus it makes them very easy to keep clean and sterile.

Better than expected
My boyfriend and I thought we would try them. They actually do help with tighting of the muscles and help create a wonderful sensation. I was actually able to acheieve a sensational gspot orgasm with them. I would recommend them but maybe in a larget size. They can be a bit tricky to remove but after a little practice its not problem. Juswt dont do it while sitting on the toilet.

pleasureably pointless
I use an average size vibe (make circle with thumb and pointer finger) and have no difficulty keeping the balls in place. Do not even notice them until coupled with other stimulation and then...worth every penny!

Working On It!!!!!!!
Bought them to help me OPEN UP sexually after having two kids. I am having a hard time keeping them in but I will keep trying!!!!! I have only been able to keep them in for about five mins before they fall out. They are relatively easy to get out I just push and they are out. They look just like the pics but they were smaller then I thought.

Hadn't really figured out what the fuss is about..
I wear them, they do tighten the muscles but I don't really get a charge out of them. I think I need heavier ones though because sometimes they get hard to retrieve. :S

I wish I hade them years ago!
Thees balls are about the size of a quorter. they are easy to use. I anve used thees for 3 months and they are great. They have tightened things a lot. My orgasims are also more frequant, a lot stronger, and longer lasting. I have had 4 children and this is something I whish I had years ago!!

Very disappointed!
I was so excited to get these after reading through the great reviews. Needless to say, that was the only excitement I got from them! After putting them in, I walked around waiting for this magical thing to happen like everyone says, and nothing. They didn't even move around. So after getting frustrated, I tried to take them out. One came out just fine, but the other one was stuck way up there! It took my husband and I almost 30 minutes and a whole lot of lube to get it out! So not worth the money...

Kegals not enough...
I got these to help me strengthen my muscles after having my second child, kegals are just not enough after two 9 pounders. I agree with the other customers when they say they have a hard time keeping them in. I hope that will improve with time, until then, I just don't wear them out of the house. I got the glass version because I though they would be more hygenic. That they are, the glass is really easy to keep clean and the case keeps them from touching other items when not in use. The downside of the glass version is that they do not have the inside weight for stimulation. If you are looking for stimulation as your primary reason for purchase, consider another type. If you just want them for strenghtening, I would still reccomend them over the metal version. Ben wa balls are not for the shy girl. Until you have used them awhile, you may have a tough time getting the second one out. If you are shy and want to try them, consider the ones with the retreval string.

SMALL BUT FUN
I was surprised at the size and weight of the glass balls. I would have prefered a heavier weight but i can always move up to the steel ones. Not only do they make you aware of your self they seem to create a deep kinda constant warmness which makes you all the more ready all the time

I have always wanted to try Ben Wa balls and when I saw this in the store I just had to have them. They are so cute and do the job. I have a friend that just go married and when i see this balls agin(the store i shop at are always out) I will be picking her up some. Any one who is into toys must have this in their collection.

Better than expected!
After reading other people's reviews, I was leery about purchasing this product. But I decided to take the risk. When they are in, I can feel them, but it's a slight sensual feeling, nothing dramatic. Also, I had no trouble getting them out. Just push and you may have to use a finger to hook them, but it's nothing traumatic or time consuming. I haven't used them during sex, but did enjoy the sensation when I used them with my glass dildo...also they made a great clinking noise with it. :) I get tingly just thinking about using them. A product I would definitely recommend!

Good 4 Strengthening.....
I bought these to tighten the pc muscles. I have used the other kind with the string for couple play, and didn't like the way they felt, but these ones I really liked, and after I got used to them, I introduced them with my partner....also a big hit. I wanted to comment on some of the other reviews though... Some women said they weren't big enough, especially if you've had kids or been with well endowed men. I have three kids (all vaginal births), and my partner is above average in size....I still found these to be a good fit. They slide in easily, but they definitely don't slip out easily. I use my muscles to draw them in further, and then push them down, but they don't just "fall" out like some of the other reviews imply....

Pretty but Small
These are quite small and hard to retrieve unless you have piano fingers! Couldn't really tell they were in after a whiel. They did add excitement while having sex. Not sure I'd recommend them though.

I was hoping that some of the other reviews were not right about this product but they are right. It is too small and I didn't think they were going to come out. I had such a difficult time getting the second one out. I did have a good orgasm though. They didn't do anything for me when I was walking around or doing things.

Disappointed...
I was very disapointed with this product. I am already pretty tight so I wasn't at all concerned with others who have said that they were too small and I thought that these might be cool to help me strengthen the muscles and have a little fun while everyone else was clueless, but these balls are so small that I couldn't even feel them once they were in. I don't recommend this product and will probably be seeing about a return. They are very pretty but that is about it.

Tried these with my boyfriend and they really add something... hes quite large so at first we tried one then added the second and a hot mix of pain and pleasure, also i havent had an kids and i do kegel exercises regularly these did not fall out, i didnt think they would, however it did take time to take them out, but that was fun too :-D

ohhh ohhh... omg!
I've had these for close to 6 months now and I LOVE them! I love to slide them in cold, gives extra sensations. Then as they heat up inside it's only a matter of SECONDS before I'm really wet. I put them in to clean the house, sitting at the computer, anytime, anywhere and no one knows it, even my husband ;) They say if you can reach "O" with these it's the ultimate pleasure and they weren't lieing!! Do they come any bigger???
I couldn't wait to get my first set of ben wa balls. I'd heard of the many benefits of using them. However...If you've given birth to even ONE kid and/or been with a well endowed man, these balls will NOT..I repeat will NOT stay inside of You for more than 10 mins. I don't care HOW good your vaginal muscles are!!! I would love to have a pair of these maybe 2 inches in diameter. They are very pretty and feminine, but I did not get them to sit in their case displayed in the china cabinet. :(

First timer experience on 5/25/2008

Panicked
This was my first set of balls. I planned to try them and just to see how they felt. So pop them in and could barely feel them there. When I tried to take them out… First one came out fine but the second one wasn't coming out!!!! I jumped, I raised a leg and coughed, I sat up, I laid down, I sneezed and could not get it out!! Finally did after an hour of trying using index and middle finger and a very awkward position. They sound fun to use with a vibrator and during sex but I'm very nervous about using them again.

Lovely little pleasure balls
These little balls are pretty, smooth, heavy...couldn't ask for more! I thought they would be too small at first, as they are only about the size of a "shooter" marble, but no...definitely not too small. Larger balls tend to give me cramps if I wear them for too long. These don't, and on top of that, because of the smaller size, your body has to work harder to keep them in, which makes them all that much more effective. I'm pretty small and snug as it is, but my lover's surprise at how tight I felt on his finger last night definitely proved that they are working! We left them in while we made love--amazing for us both!

Getting them out - a bit of advice
These are NOT hard to get out. All you have to do is spread your legs wide, squat down low and push or cough. These also feel good in your bum, especially during sex.

I think the size of these Ben Wa Balls should be made known. I don't have a problem getting them in or getting them out. However, it is easy to drop one and lose it. Especially, if you are playing. They aren't very heavy, and in the wrong environment, they can be lost.

got stuck!!!
well i put the balls in about 2 hours before sex and i didn't even feel them i didn't have to squeeze any muscles or anything to keep them in. Well when it was time to get them out the one fell out nice and easy. The second one was stuck way up high. I squated, relaxed, pushed and all but it wouldn't drop out. Me and my boyfriend now are digging up there to get it out. I called my friend who sells all sorts of toys and she talked me through it and eventually I got my hand way up in there and scooped it out. Not the most pleasent first expierence with ben wa balls.

Can you say EXTREAMLY DIFFICULT to remove?
just finished using these and WOW they were SO difficult to remove. but on the good side, they are beautifuly designed and their very comfortable to wear, but man oh man were they a pain to get out (not physical pain but annoying) you really need to dig up there to get them out, took me about a half hour and i needed to the help of my husband to get the second one out.

novice-worthy balls
I have never used ben wa balls before, these were very small and easy to get in...a little harder to get out but not so bad. New, but excited to begin...
Although we have yet to try out this particular product, we are new to them and have just begun, it is obvious upon receiving them that they are of high quality and we will enjoy them immensely when the time is right. Believe us, the picture does not do them justice!

One of my favorites

Good Quality
These are very nice quality ben wa balls, they even look better in person. they do seem a little on the small side, but that was expected. I don't know about the effectiveness of the product because they have not been used enough but they seem like they will do the job.

didn't get it
I tried them and the smart balls and neither seem to move around or do anything wonderful. Maybe because I'm small inside, I'm going to try it again and see if I have better results.

You would never believe it!!!!!

Great fun.... but,
The balls are made well and look nice, but they are a little smaller than I expected. They are not much biggger than a nickel. They were very hard to get out but, that was kind of part of the fun.

Love the way they came in their own little storage case. Very discrete. I wish they could be a little more heavier, but the size was fine. I use them more for strengthening then masturbating. Guess I didn't read the description thoroughly. Smooth insertion. Great Orgasm. Do not regret buying. Only advice is if your a first timer.. don't do this if you have any plans. Bcuz it takes a while to get these out on cue.. at least initially. Or get the smartballs that are linked together and have a retrieval cord. I had a bit of a problem getting these..out. Works Wonders

Ben Wa Balls ROCK...
I love ben wa balls but I'm wondering how you get traditional ones OUT! Can you squeeze them out or what... that is the only thing that has me worried... The kind I have are sheethed in silicone with a silicone string for removal.
