I love ben wa balls but I'm wondering how you get traditional ones OUT!
Can you squeeze them out or what... that is the only thing that has me worried... The kind I have are sheethed in silicone with a silicone string for removal.

these r great! my boyfriend got them for me and i tried them out, and i really like them. they r not hard to get out at all!!!!! they r the perfect size, cuz they r just small enough to make u have to tighten ur muscels real good. i love them!!!!!

I was very interested in these balls wen i heard of the things that they did. Wen I first tried them it was okay, but wen i try to take them out it was kinda hard. I panicked for a couple of minutes the i finally got then out. I did some research on them and found out some intesting things about it.
