I use an average size vibe (make circle with thumb and pointer finger) and have no difficulty keeping the balls in place. Do not even notice them until coupled with other stimulation and then...worth every penny!

These are very nice quality ben wa balls, they even look better in person. they do seem a little on the small side, but that was expected. I don't know about the effectiveness of the product because they have not been used enough but they seem like they will do the job.

I was surprised at the size and weight of the glass balls. I would have prefered a heavier weight but i can always move up to the steel ones.
Not only do they make you aware of your self they seem to create a deep kinda constant warmness which makes you all the more ready all the time
