If anyone has had any anal pleasurable experience before, I highly recommend going with the large. While this feels great to get rammed, the large would feel even better. This is for the first timer. Use either end for a fun time.

Anyone looking for to get into anal play should seriously look into this item. It's not too thick for the beginner if you take your time and lube up properly, and still thick enough for great sensations once you slide it in. The stiffness in the shaft is great for deeper penetration, and the length is right for experimenting with some deep probing. My only complaint is that the handle isn't stiff enough when you use it solo. When you try to drive it in hands-free, the handle bends a bit. Still, the handle is great when using it on someone else. The silicone is very slick, and so far, very durable. If you're experienced and like a thick shaft, I'd suggest the large version of this.

The handle is great! I can securely hold the dildo and aggressively pound my partner with it. This allows the full length of the schlong to enter. Otherwise the Manrammer can be turned around and the studded handle can be inserted instead.
