We started out on the small string which was a nice thing to have. My wife was a little skeptical of anything too crazy so the fact that you can start small is a big bonus. The added pressure was great for her and I could feel the bumps as I was going in and out. Looking forward to moving up to the bigger sizes and my wife says I'll love it.
