the small part is the only part that you would need to use i usally just go and buy some enema but when I don't have that then I will use the anal douche

Great addition for anyone who enjoys anal. Cleans you out, and makes sex worryfree. I tent to use just the bulb with the small insert, as I find the other to be a bit uncomfortable, but overall - great item at a great price.

Was a bit apprehensive about whether this would do a good job or not. Bought it primarily for when we travel and found that is does what its intended to do. Very happy with the results. Easy to use.

It does exactly what they say it does, works great! You definately need to lube it up like they say though. By the way, the little bulb on the probe end is 2 seperate pieces, and can have slightly rough edges, other than that, I'd recommend it!

Does a great job and was expecting possible some mess which there wasn't. Definitely does what it says it does. Just use liberal amounts of lube. Make sure parts are pushed all the together since they may seperate when you go for 2nd cleaning.

Product works well. The bulb is a little small though so it doesnt hold enough water at one time, but overall it is a good product.
