This is large compared to the smaller one. You can leave it in overnight, but may interfere with bowl movement. So use it smartly. It stay's in place at least on me it did.

This was not as big as we expected. I got it in with no trouble at all. Has a good stretchy feeling once its in. Its good for in-betweeners. My husband was an anal virgin and he even got this in on the 2nd try. He likes it better than me. :)
