I bought the 'Large' size and was surprised when it was smaller than the Red Devil plug. But it makes a nice starting point, can change to a larger one somewhere along the way. There is a front and a back to the plug, narrow end goes toward the back. Cleaning is easy, soap hot water, then alcohol. I haven't noticed any odor that another poster complained of. Easy to remove when done.

Near perfection. The upside is inside and I can't think of a downside. Have not yet tried extended use past 30-45 minutes, but all good in that timeframe. Two thumbs up. (which is kind of how it feels)
