I purchased this not realizing how big the item is. The middle rib can cause a lot of pain if you're new at these things, as my wife and I are. So the suggestion is to have plenty of lubrication when using this toy. You may need to take the item out two or three times, apply both lubrication to both the anal stuffer and your butt repeatedly. Then when you get to the largest section, squeeze the toy with your anal muscles and the gel will give just enough to allow the toy to go in without hurting. Once the item is in, it isn't going anywhere. It feels great and changes the intensity of orgasm for both my wife and I. This is a great toy that has added to our sex life.
