This toy is awesome. The material makes it nice and flexible so long term wear is no problem! I was actually even surprised about the smell. Soft, yet firm, the Anal Stuffer's graduated sizes make for very comfortable insertion (when properly lubed), but causes it to try to slide out of the more experienced anus. Would be made much better if it was less graduated at the base of each bulb for more stable pauses between bulbs (especially the last one to help keep it in). The stem could stand to be about a 1/4" longer, but the base is perfect; wide enough to keep it from slipping in, but still soft and extremely comfortable and fully suited for sitting and extended wear.
