A little disappointed
Good movie but my wife expected something different. What we expected was more of the non-active sex acts to drive each other crazy. The movie seemed more interested in positions and other things. I was under the impression Kama Sutra was different than what the movie protrayed.

Good movie, great to watch with you lover and get ideas. Not a porno if that is what you’re looking for. Some of the positions are ones that you already know, some you will never use unless you install a sex swing, and then a few may be new to you.

Geat movie to watch before sex

A good DVD - very informational
I have a couple of books on the kama sutra and it added to what I already knew. I very much enjoyed the instructional, historical as well as the commentary, though it was at times hard to understand Professor Kothari due to his East Indian accent.

Don't expect too much!
It's a good video if your new to the to the game but for people who have experience you may not learn a whole lot. It seems more of an advertisement scheme but the music cd the video comes with is certainly a mood setter.

Experimenting in a tasteful manner
My wife is not one for the hardcore films; so it is nice to have a video that suggests different positions in a suttle fashion. Although we have knowledge of most of the positions it was fun to have some new ideas. Finally, most of the couples were attractive that helps with any video.

kama sutra or bad idea??
the video had some interesting ideas and it definitely explained the positions well however it was nothing special most of these positions are standard in every sex book or video plus the constant reference to "the ancient kama sutra" was getting on my nerves after the third time.

KAMA SUTRA DVD
I expected this video to teach us something that we haven't seen before, but I guess when you have been around the block like we have; I guess we could do our own video of positions. The history of the sexual positions was really good though I really enjoyed that being a History major and all.

The Better Sex Guide to the Kama Sutra
This is a great DVD. My husband and I learned alot, even though some positions are just too difficult. We had fun trying as many new (and old) positions as we could. I recommend this for everyone, not just the very limber!

NOT WHAT I HAD HOPED FOR!!!
This was a good tasteful docamentery move. It was mostly all the normal positions that every one knows and then some that took specail equipment. I was disapointed in this one for the price!!

A OK Introduction to Kama Sutra
It wasn't what we really expected but did get a couple of new ideas. I would have liked more information on massage and stimulation. Some of the commentary seemed liked you were watching a sex ed video from high school. I would highly reccommend for couples that are not fully intune with each other yet. But be warned there are a couple of positions that you may need a chiropractor for the next day!

Love it up
We purchased this video to find something that was more sensual than the stupid plots contained in the wham bam thank you ma'am mainstream porns. It is very great for couples and contains many positions that we already had used along with a some new ones that we tried after the first time we watched. There are other new ones that we will practice in the future. The movie was great with graphic illustrations, unlike the movies you would see on Cinemax after midnight. Also, my fiancee likes it because of the attentiveness to foreplay and the importance of the woman reaching orgasm.

Better Sex Guide to the Kama Sutra
This video was done very well. I recommend it for couples both young and old. We found it a good idea to watch the tape twice and then stop it at a point where we could try and experience some of the Kama Sutra positions. There are many more positions not listed in this video but it is a great starter for couples.

Kama Sutra
This film was a great film for you and your lover. You learn lots of new sex positions which you can try on your partner. This movie as well as the CD which comes with it can really set the mood. You also get to see how the ramp and swing products are used.

not worth it.
this video is really not worth the price. i purchased it thinking that i was going to learn something new. that didn't happen. it's basically positions we all know... with a twist. ie: man on top with woman's leg on his sholder or doggie style, but standing. i was disappointed.

Great learning Experience
I had recently purchased this movie after my wife told me she would like to see it. I was impressed at the quality and the way the movie was presented. Learned some new and interesting positions, and I realized that some positions I had already been practicing were actually from the Kama Sutra.

One of the Best
This dvd was one of the best kama sutra dvd's i have seen. The couples were attractive and there was and it went in depth to describe numerous different positions. Some of the positions may be too complicated for beginners but im glad they were still part of the dvd so I can learn. Overall i would recommend this item to anyone seeking a little more excitement in the bedroom!
