Best for Couples
I expected more on self pleasure but the program is fantastic for couples. It takes your relationship to the next level through exploration, communication, trust, and togetherness.

My bf liked it
He says I don't masterbate on front of him enough lol, so since the VHS was only 4.95 I got it and it wasn't the best really.

It was an okay guide. I'm sure most of us know everything in the movie. I bought it because it was cheap. The people in these movies are actually regular adult film stars. I recognized two of the guys. I guess I would have preferred 'regular' people.

Good for beginners
Typical to the BetterSex Video series with a very educational look at masturbation, but not very arousing compared to most videos.

good work
this is one of the more informative, yet interesting guides I've seen. It starts a bit like a higene film form school, however that dosn't las long. I'm sure my wife got as much out of it as I did. It was well worth the money.
