I’m a huge Nina fan and love the way she teaches about different techniques. I find her background as a nurse helpful, as she can explain how things work and why too. Good BASIC Introduction to this sort of thing. These "Nina H. guide to" videos all seem a litte short.

I would recommend this one for the novices out there. Highly instructional in nature so not really good for the Fun factor. Overall not a bad video though.
