The information is good; but most, if not all, you could learn from watching a cheap adult movie. There is nothing special about the techniques in this video.

I was pleasantly surprised with how interesting the video was. Certain parts got boring and really drawn out but I definitely learned alot about myself and the opposite sex's anatomy! I would recommend it for those needed that extra boost of confidence!

This dvd is well worth the money. My only complaint is it is set up like a high school sex ed video. Some parts are a litttle corny.

This was informative, but the anatomy part was rather boring. I guess if someone doesn't know anything about the male or female anatomy, it would be useful. Otherwise, skip the anatomy lesson and move on to the demonstrations or the fantasies.

This video is very informative and educational. Although my boyfriend and I were already extremely pleased with each other's performance, we learned something new and had an even better time! I even learned many things about myself that I didn't know. The explicit instruction along with the demonstrations are very helpful.
