As with all of her movies Candida Royalle manages to tell a compelling story using sexual
material that couples can watch together without having to worry about scenes that are too X rated.

Great Candida Royalle flick. It works for my mate and this one was pretty steamy for the genre.

I was skeptical at first about the idea of women's porn, but this film won me over. This really is a wonderful movie that got me hotter than any adult film ever has. Instead of the sterile humping and extended sucking that usually has me reaching for the fast forward button, these couples were engaging, real and caring about their parters... what a difference it makes! Sure, there were times that the (plot-related) action was a little slow, and Todd's shirt did a quick continuity peek-a-boo in their last session of lovemaking (weird to be able to refer to sex in an adult film that way!) but I really, really liked this movie, and I highly recommend it to the other gals out there.

Tastefully erotic. Subtle and sensual. Candida Royalle has mastered the art of bringing the viewer into the scenes. The Gift is a romance story for all couples to savor.

A great first timer's film. I really liked how Royalle "draws" you into the film, slowly and seductively. A great movie for first timers to the adult film genre. I really enjoyed this one!

The best part of this movie? When Liz and Todd reach an understanding and have great make-up sex! I don’t want to sound like a shrink, but personally I kinda identified with what she was going through and I think other women might feel the same way. It makes for watching her story unwind even better!
