No sex scenes in movie
I watched the first one but never bought it. I decided to buy this one instead and was disappointed to find that the sex scenes were cut out of the actual movie. The second DVD in the set contains all the sex scenes. I can see why they did it this way with the movie being over 2 hours and the sex scenes close to 3 hours but it would have been nice to have the opinion to watch the full 5 hours long movie with sex scenes (not that my wife and I can make it that long without getting started ourselves).

great sequel
Not as good as the first Pirates, but my husband and I have it in our small collection and I still enjoy watching it from time to time. If you liked Pirates, this is definitely worth your time.

Where was the sex?
This sequel does not live up to the first by any means. I don't know why people say they love it. High budget with a script yes; but the sex scenes were expedited lacking content, in other words, there wasn't enough sex. So much opportunity that fell short.

Pirates
We have both Pirates and enjoyed them. If you want high budget with story line, these should do it for you. Most of the scenes were good. Truthfully we are both more into movies without storyline but was still fun.

Pirates III?
My hubby and I LOVE the pirate movies. They are great for couples. If there is a Pirates III, We will definitely buy it!!

This one by no means compared to the first. Jesse was her normal crazy self which helped save the movie with its sex scenes

Great for couples
The first movie was good but this one does a great job of just keeping it going ! My wife and I enjoy it so much that it is hard to make it though it in one setting :o) I can only hope that they come out with a # 3 Starts off with a good story to keep your woman intrested just make sure she is sitting with you or she may get started with out you !

as good as the first
This movie was everybit as good as the first. It was entertaining as well as thought out I would have liked to see more of gabriella but it was good and my wife liked it also I would like to get fallen next.

I liked the first one
My husband and I enjoyed this movie. Great acting and storyline. The sex did not have the same oomph as the first movie, not enough length between positions. It was still a great movie. If they made another I would buy it.

The Foreplay Movie of the Decade
If you're looking for some quick 'n dirty raunch to help you polish your knob, keep looking. But if you appreciate creative, artful erotica, with a solid, cohesive plot, fantastic lighting, witty dialogue, interspersed with some really wild sex -- this is the one. My boyfriends comment was: "Tell them it's a great movie, but we could have done without the sex. Now I've got corn chips stuck in my girlfriends p*ssy." The sex was much rougher than in the first one; lots of anal and choking. The acting actually gets two thumbs up in this one (they must have sprung for some acting lessons...) But best of all, you can tell the actors are REALLY enjoying themselves. No ridiculous phony orgasms here. BellaDonna's face during sex is so incredibly erotic, it alone makes it worth it. So, if you're lonely, this is great entertainment. For couples, it's a phenomenal warm-up flick -- consider it an opportunity for extended, intermittent foreplay that can peak once the credits roll. I ordered the First one, i loved it, it was funny and sexy.. what porns usually arent, this was is a 5 star aswell, but the first one is better, the scenes were really mixed up.. but the acting was exactly the same as the first, no disapointment here

Wow Better then the first Pirates.
I wasn't expecting it be better then the first Pirates but I was wrong. The sex scenes are a bit shorter in the movie to keep the pacing moving but if you put in the second disc in that short sex scene is now 20 minutes long. My wife gives it two thumbs way up.

I am a woman and I loved the first one so we had to buy the 2nd. And we were not disappointed. Although the sex scenes were a little disjointed at times because they'd switch in and out from position to position, they were not so long that they got boring. There was a lot more chocking, hitting and ass play. If all you're looking for is sex this is not the one for you. But, if you appreciate the effort they put in to plot, special effects, acting, you should enjoy this. The blow job scene at the end with the pirate hunter is pretty impressive. The orgy scene was nicely done as well. Hopefully they'll make a third. This is a fresh take on porn as the first one was. If you enjoy this you'll probably also enjoy Eden.

Could have been better
I think in Pirates 2, they tried to focus on acting and not so much the sex. I would have liked it to get down to business, but you get what you pay for.

Good; but....
Overall this would be the closest that any "porn" movie has come to being a mainstream movie in terms of the budget, the production values and the quality. I suppose you could say that it's a movie with sex, not a sex movie. If you're looking for a movie that is wall-to-wall sex, then this isn't it. It's more like Pirates of the Caribbean if they'd had sex. There are long periods of dialogue followed by shorter sequences of hardcore sex. That's not a bad thing - the movie itself is pretty amusing and enjoyable, and shows that porn actors (mostly anyway) can act, and the sex is hot and explicit; the bodies are beautiful. Two minor complaints - I usually watch a porn movie for one reason. If I want to watch a pirate movie, I look for Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom, not Ethan Stone and Jesse Jane. There is almost TOO much dialogue and the sex scenes aren't long enough in the movie itself. But the bonus discs fix that with plenty of longer scenes and extra scenes. Second complaint, I'm sure that Pirates had rough, sweaty sex but almost all the scenes involve rough, acrobatic, sweaty sex with lots of swearing, slapping, forceful grasping, and plenty of spitting and anal sex. If you like a gentler, more romantic style of sex then you should definitely look elsewhere.
