A movie with a plot, WOW!!!

This movie was a little slow in starting out, but it really picked up speed and my husband and I enjoyed it immensely!!! It was nice to see an actual PLOT! We laughed quite a bit at the dialogue, and I have to say the women were not the best actresses, but seriously, is that really what there known for? Overall, one of the better movies we have seen in a long time.

I was very impressed with this movie. It had a decent plot and better acting than most of your average porns. It does have a long time between sex scenes which is okay if you have the time to sit and enjoy it with your partner. It was even pretty humorous in parts. The girls where hot and some of the guys. All in all I really enjoyed it, it is my favorite porn yet.

I enjoyed this a lot but just remember it's still a porn. The acting isn't like a "real" movie and neither are the effects. It's really fun to watch, the sex scenes are right on, and it's all around worth the money.

My wife and I just watched this film last night. Contrary to her usual eye rolling at the korny script and cheesy looking studs, she had these comments, "this is the first film I've laughed out loud at" and "where did they get these special effects?" But her best comment was in one of the opening scenes where she said something to the effect of the man being the best looking guy she's seen in a film to date...This film had HOT stars, a good script and an excellent plot. Very couple friendly, it kept us entertained, turned on and awaiting the coming scenes.

THIS WAS AN AWESOME MOVIE! GREAT PILOT, AND THEY DIDN'T STRAY. EXCELLENT SPECIAL AFFECTS. MY HUSBAND GOT THIS MOVIE FOR US AND WE LOVED IT, REALLY GOT US GOING. IT WAS VERY DETAILED AND HAD REALLY GREAT LOOKING ACTORS IN IT. WE HAVE RECOMENDED THIS TO SEVERAL OF OUR FRIENDS. GREAT JOB A&E!!!

Not bad, but overhyped and overrated.

Since my girlfriend and I bought this movie based on the positive recommendations by viewers on this site, I feel I should contribute my own observations. Basically, the feeling I got from this movie was that it tries too hard, although admirably so. I can respect the fact that the producers of this feature want to present viewers with something out of the ordinary, beyond your average skin flick. On that count, they definitely deliver. The question is, though, what do you want in a porn movie? If you want good costumes, good sets, a halfway decent plot, bad acting, even worse dialogue, and really cheesy digital effects, then this is the movie for you. If you want really hot sex that will turn you on, without a bunch of other things that could turn you off, then you might want to look elsewhere. Both my g/f and I found all the "big budget" stuff of this film interfered with the primary intent of any adult material: namely, to turn us on. It's hard to feel turned on when we're laughing at how bad the acting is, or how silly the dialogue is, or how ironic it is that pirates - not the first image one associates with safety - use condoms. And maybe it's just me, but I don't find pirates to be all that sexy anyway, so the theme was lost on me from the get-go. (I suppose I should feel grateful that these pirates are all well groomed "down there." I really don't want period authenticity in that area.) The sex itself was good, but I personally felt it was a bit technical, like the performers were doing a job, rather than really being into what they were doing. I'm not saying this movie isn't worth a look; it definitely is. But I do feel it isn't worth all the praise and hype it has been receiving, especially given the price. There are many other videos out there that do the job with less fanfare and a lower price tag.

Best I've seen in years...

This feature has it all: great sex, hot bodies, humor, and passion. Not to mention, awesome HD quality and the best special effects in porn. The only thing I didn't like was that most of Jesse Jane's sex scenes were "angry" and I've seen better girl-on-girl action from Janine. I bought this when it first came out, for $69.95 and it was worth it.

This is a very well done film with some surprisingly good acting and well written humorous dialogue. The sex scenes are good without so much of the outrageous screeching and dirty talk that plaques many films. Two of the girl-girl scenes were ruined for us by the violent acts and behavior by the actresses.
