Fun
It was a fun DVD to watch together, made for great foreplay. Good DVD to get people open up together and have some fun. Only 1/2 way through it. Seems that eash time we watch we only get part of the way into it before we find ourselves joining in the fun !

Geared for Baby Boomers
I got the DVD as a compromise to have my girlfriend watch "porn" with me. It would not have been bad if it was geared towards younger adults, but it is geared towards much older adults, 40s+. Either way we had a couple of good laughs and learned at least one or two new things.

Good Refresher
They actually had couples that were willing to talk about sex. These were older couples that had been married or together for long periods of time. And they showed how to have great sex for a lifetime. The second dvd covered toys and was a little more risky for those that are real conservative. Overall we would recommend this set of dvd's to anyone.
